Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the United States typically takes 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel in real time. You can also visit our Track Your Order page for a step-by-step guide.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please email support@nestedraven.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. This covers items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, as well as change of mind returns (unused, in original packaging). Please review our full Refund & Return Policy for complete details.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@nestedraven.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Yes. We never store your card details. All transactions are handled through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure with full SSL encryption.
