How to Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel in real time.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from Nested Raven. Can't find it? Check your spam or junk folder too.
  2. Click the tracking link in that email to view your parcel's live status on the carrier's website.
  3. Track directly by copying your tracking number and entering it on the carrier's site (USPS, UPS, or FedEx — the carrier will be shown in your confirmation email).

Delivery timeframes

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the United States typically takes 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and carrier.

Haven't received tracking details?

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please email us at support@nestedraven.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
