All transactions on Nested Raven are processed securely in USD (United States Dollars). By placing an order, you agree to the following payment and billing terms.

Currency

All prices displayed on nestedraven.com are in USD. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees if your account is held in a different currency. Nested Raven is not responsible for any such fees.

Payment Processing

Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

All transactions are protected by SSL encryption. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Billing Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information at checkout. Nested Raven reserves the right to cancel orders where billing information cannot be verified.

Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, please check your card details and try again, or contact your bank or payment provider. You are welcome to reach out to us at support@nestedraven.com if you need assistance completing your order.

Fraud Prevention

Nested Raven uses industry-standard fraud detection tools. Orders that are flagged as potentially fraudulent may be subject to additional verification before dispatch, or may be cancelled at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing cycles.
